This post stand uses two bicycle spokes bent in a circle and four pieces of aluminum angle for the legs. This is very strong and it was able to support my entire weigh when I stood on it. It is a bit heavy and time consuming to build. The legs slide onto the rings and can be disassembled for smaller storage.
